[cisco-voip] Route Pattern and Route list detail issue

No transformations configured at all. I'm not able to recreate the
issue now like I was earlier and in past few days. Seems to have
cleared itself up. I did find a few older route patterns with the
ISDN specific settings set and set those to default (not selected) -
that's about the only thing I changed. I'm going to keep an eye on it.
We need to set the calling party number to specific numbers for some
patterns and locations and it wasn't passing through correctly.
