[cisco-voip] Retrofitting sx20 quickset with trc6 and touch10 panel

For SX20, you have to pair the Touch10 over the network.  You can't attach
it direct.  There were originally some plans for a USB to Ethernet adapter
for Touch10 but that got cancelled.
