[cisco-voip] UCCX 11.6 - Remove a contact record if we receive an inbound call

Hello, I was wondering if anyone has come across a request like this, where the customer is asking if they can drop a contact record from an outbound campaign, if they receive a call from that number on the same day.
I do not think there is a mechanism for an inbound script to make changes to an outbound contact list, but any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
