[cisco-voip] QM Call recording, getting 503 on inbound call recording call

So, like most things, it is dumber than it seems... the line I had set to
auto answer was a shared line and when the non-primary auto answered, it
gave the 404 cuz the other device wasn't added to the VOIP Devices... I
expected a more complex config than it is.
