[cisco-voip] Cisco IP Phone Top Buttons Flashing ....

If I downgrade my known issue set to 11-7-1-17 the flashing stops, but, as soon as I go back to 12.1 or 12.1(1)SR1-4 it returns.

I'm not sure if this is accomplishing anything or if the flashing is just not part of this software

I did collect a PRT from it on 11-7-1-17 if that's in any way helpful - let me know and I'll send it along
