[cisco-voip] User device profile conversion

Hi Matthew,

Yes it does indeed work, however we have noticed a few issues here and there which we have reported to Cisco via our 3rd party maintainer.

Cisco have recommended we convert the profiles to fix the issues we are seeing.

Have you tried one of them on the 8851s? It should let you login, you may not need to change anything.

If not probably BAT add the new ones. It’d be cool if Migration FX could do these, but I don’t think it can.

I have around 500 users with end user device profiles for Cisco 797X devices, and need to convert these users to 885X profiles.

Can anyone advise the best way to go about this please?

We are running cucm ver 11.
