[cisco-voip] 7937 audio input interface question

Good afternoon all,

We have a situation where we need to be able to plug an external Lapel mic into a 7937 device, and have discovered the links listed below to help us achieve this.

We have the lapel mic already ordered, but could someone possibly confirm exactly which connector is required please?
