[cisco-voip] Webex Teams Down

I think quite a few webex sites are still living on platform 1.0, which means no sip endpoints.

Engineering has identified a specific behavior in the Webex infrastructure that is impacting the traffic for the Video Platform 2.0 users. A change is being implemented to address the issue.

Engineering is still working on the Video Platform 2.0 infrastructure. As the broader service repairs to the Webex Teams platform is being completed, there are intermittent failures or service quality issues when joining to Webex Meetings using video call-in or call-back from a video endpoint or SIP device. Users connecting to meetings using the Webex Meetings apps to connect VoIP or video, or connecting through PSTN audio continue to be unaffected. Any users that may be seeing issues with their SIP call-in or call-back functionality may retry their operation, or utilize one of those other connection options.
