[cisco-voip] TCL Script to play message for hotel room?

This is interesting because I was working to move a customer to a different
platform due to fax detect scripts no longer working in ISR4k's.  Should
that still be working as well?  I thought the new architecture couldn't
terminate the audio streams like this.
