[cisco-voip] Phone Deprecation going forward

Hi Lelio,
we don't have APNS enabled yet but users feedback that their iphone
notification stopped working recently after upgrading to latest iOS
software.

Does that mean that even with APNS, only IM notification will come in, call
notification will not?
