[cisco-voip] CUCM upgrade from 10.5 to 11.5

We are planning upgrade for our CUCM - CUC -UCCX platform from 10.5 to 11.5
soon  . UCCX will be on 11.6.2 mostly .

I will appreciate any pointers on known bugs / challenges .
