[cisco-voip] CMS/Expressway and O365 S4B

Recently my company started to migrate into O365 S4B from OnPrem solution
(currently working in Hybrid).

I spend some time to get it up and running (including changing Expressway
dnsmasq files as Internet DNS SRV still points to OnPrem servers .).

 

Call flow:

Endopoint --- CUCM - Expressway-C -- CMS - Expressway-C - Expressway-E -
Internet (O365 S4B servers)

 

We can consider 2 call scenarios:

1)      Conferences hosted in O365 - this are working 100% without any
issues

2)      Conferences hosted OnPrem - during tests working rate was less than
5%

 

What is interesting for point 2, it found out that from O365 S4B server pool
IP's, only 1 was processing calls correctly (others were not responding to
SIP Invite so Timeout occurred).

Have any of you encountered such issue? Anyone running S4B Hybrid solution?
