[cisco-voip] CCX 11.5 on esx6.5

This is not supported on the HCL and note says to upgrade to 11.6 before going to esxi 6.5, but does anyone know why?
Is the just a QA qualification reason, or vm tools integration with the host is going to crash and burn if 11.5 breaths cpu cycles on. 6.5 host?
