[cisco-voip] Estimated time to apply SU6 on v11.5(1) SU4

Typically a publisher is roughly 2-3 hours but could be longer. I’ve seen
some take long time.
Subs 1-2 hours typically. I’ve seen subs done installing in 45 minutes,
others 2 hours+.
These times don’t count downloading the patch if doing it by sftp or time
getting it ready on datastore/etc.
For a SU in same release, switch version roughly 30-45 minutes give or take
with all services started and settled down per server.
