If your looking for nuts and bolts for Cisco voice (UC), I'm still going to
say Cisco Live.  It used to be CIPTUG but that is long since gone.  The
road map sessions are good and the Expo hall, talking to the vendors is
good.   Maybe you could do a SingleWire conference for Emergency
Notification?

Co-workers that have went to Enterprise connect say it's pretty high level
rather than nuts and bolts.  I personally have never went.  Lelio I think
has.  Maybe he can shine some light on that.
