[cisco-voip] UCCX data sync issue

hi,


i have uccx 11.6. i updated some device pool/partition names on cucm and seeing attached synch error on uccx. i tried to do data synch but still same error. any suggestions??

secondly i would like to change CCG extension from 4 digit to 5 digit and increase number of CTI Routepoints. do i have to just update CCG with this information and restart any service or there is any other procedure to do it.
