And the 911 Route Pattern annoyer...err.. I mean reminder.  I have yet to
experience it, but it reads like you simply check a box to acknowledge that
you know what you are doing, just in case your 911 pattern is a DN for CER
or an XLATE to avoid secondary dial-tone issues.
