[cisco-voip] Fax line issue

if your CUBE is SIP on both sides, then "debug ccsip message" and "debug
ccsip error" are the two I would start with. Feel free to post the output
here for us to review.

Also, is your FoIP designed for fax relay and if so, is it T.38 end to end?
