[cisco-voip] Webex Softclient connected to UCM - PIckup group notification...

We are seeing a strange issue with the Webex Softclient connected to on
prem UCM (12.5)... when a call comes in for your pickup group, it says
'Calls Available for Pickup' with no calling notification of who was called
or who is calling.
We have the alert set up for the pickup group... how do we get it to show
up for the Webex client?
