[cisco-voip] CUCM/IM&P/CUC - Change DNS IP

CUCM/IM&P v 11.5.SU9
CUC - v 12.5 SU4

I need to update our DNS server ip's to have a different secondary address. The research I have done leads me to believe I need to restart the server after making this change.  This seems excessive, but in line with Cisco Collab OS.

Has anyone on similar versions gone through this process and if so can you share your experience.
