[cisco-voip] Specific Off-net Called Numbers Being Dropped When Called From Jabber

Try turning off video on the jabber device in CUCM.  See if it works.   If s, You can also use a SIP Normalization script on the trunk, or a sip profile tied to the dial-peer to remove video
