[dc-ops] Low-End Switches with Dual Power

Along these same lines....

Looking for a smaller switch (8 or 12 or 24 ports) that is DC powered (-48v
is preferred) with either a single or dual input for power. Also would like
it to be SFPs ports. Does not need to be rack mounted, but would be
nice.....oh and price is important...
