[dc-ops] Environmental Monitoring - what do you use?

Seconded - we've used both the ITWatchDogs MiniGoose and the NTI 
EnviroMux. Both provide similar features, but the MiniGoose has a nicer 
interface, better SNMP support, and is less expensive.
