Paul - Thanks!  Jim and I are currently discussing this and agree that
it would be most effective to continue this on the list, and delay the
BOF for now.

I'll begin posting the issues on the list following the IEEE meeting
next week.  Jim is willing to recruit additional participants from
IEEE to the mailing list discussion, so the timing will work well
to really focus some of this for the week after.
