Register Now for the Summer 2006 ESCC/Internet2 Joint Techs Workshop
It is that time again. Time to register for the Summer 2006 ESCC/Internet2
Joint Techs Workshop, which will be held in Madison, Wisconsin starting
Sunday, July 16 and ending Wednesday July 19, with post meetings going
through Thursday, July 20. This workshop will have three main focal areas:
Optical Networks (still a hot topic), Security, and R&E Networks as a
System. In the third focal area we will be looking at how we can best serve
the R&E community, given all the various networks involved. There will also
be updates from participating networks, as well as case studies,
demonstrations, birds-of-a-feather (BoF) sessions, and presentations on
timely topics in high-performance networking. Joint Techs Workshops provide
an unsurpassed information-sharing forum for the research and education
network engineering community.
Date Reminders:
The cutoff for the hotel block is June 23, 2006, at midnight CST.
Registration fees increase after 5:00pm EDT on Sunday, July 2.
If you would like to give a presentation or organize a BoF, Vendor Soup or

If you have questions, contact the Joint Techs Co-Chairs: Russ Hobby
