[e-nsp] old Summit48 and 1000BaseT GBIC

I have also no success in getting an Cisco 1000-BT-Converter running in an Extreme Switch.
I tried an Summit 7i, Alpine and Summit 4 and the only thing that i get is a resetting switch (Summit 7i) but no running gbic.
