well, at first:
run diagnostics extended ... (whatever)
then:
show diagnostics

I heard, that BD6808 have problems with interconnection between MSMs 
(popular backplane hardware fault). So - be carefull with this box.

Junos/cisco config by default is almost empty.
In Extreme is more complete.
But - Can't help you at this stage.
