I have 2x Summit X650 switch connected with standard stack VIM (2x10Gbit/s).

But..
       Stack Port 1:
          State                  : Operational
          Blocked?               : Yes
          Control path active?   : Yes
       Stack Port 2:
          State                  : Operational
          Blocked?               : No
          Control path active?   : Yes

It seems that only one cable can be used at a time, so there is maximum 
of 10Gbit/s throughput between 2 switches no matter if there is only one 
or both cables..
Is it true ?
