Hello.
We also had problems with this equipment.
Really on a management board (it is located head over heels on a motherboard), in the block of stabilizers, there are six electrolytic condensers.
As a rule after 4-5 years of operation they fail. Their replacement by the new, solves a problem.
We put bigger capacity and calculated on the bigger voltage of power supply.
Usually this is a Polymer Capacitors. Their characteristics are more stable.

If that doesn't help then remove cover and check out condensers on motherboard.
We had the similar problems, some Summit X350 and X450 switches suddenly died.
We found some condensers were bloated. We replaced them with new ones with same capacity, and all switches are working now properly.
