[f-nsp] ServerIron XL vlan problems ...

Hello,

I have noticed something strange with my ServerIron XL :

I have lots of these messages :
arp: 192.168.1.67 is on xl0 but got reply from 02:e0:52:0c:89:c2 on em0
arp: 192.168.1.67 is on xl0 but got reply from 02:e0:52:0c:89:c2 on em0

I am sure there is no loop on my network !
And the iron is configured like this :

server source-ip 192.168.1.67 255.255.255.0 0.0.0.0

vlan 1 name DEFAULT-VLAN by port
 no spanning-tree
 ip-subnet x.x.x.x 255.255.255.0
  no dynamic
  static ethe 1
!
vlan 3 name Private-1 by port
 untagged ethe 8
 no spanning-tree
 ip-subnet 192.168.1.0 255.255.255.0
  no dynamic
  static ethe 8
!

Packets for 192.168.1.* seems to be broadcasted on both vlans !

Maybe some bugs ...
I am running version 07.3.05cT12
Maybe more recent version would fix this ?
However I have no access to foundry support...
