Yes.  Could be anything from a software bug to a hardware issue.  I've
seen many of both in the past couple of years working with this gear.

I like the people at Foundry.  I feel the SI team, as small as they are,
is a dedicated group of people and means well.  I also feel like it's an
outdated platform and with each new release they're putting more lipstick on the
pig.  Foundry has lost many critical SI people (including the original
architect) and so is scrambling to put the pieces together into something
that makes sense.
