[f-nsp] cookie persistence in DSR mode

Hi,

we found a solution. We will use route map to solve our problem.
We use NAT on LB which will send traffic to real server. The real server will 
send the anser to it's default GW. The router will route via route map this 
traffic to the loadbalancer.

From real server view it is a DSR connection, from LB view it is a NAT 
conenction.
