[f-nsp] Poll traffic stats from a VE

Thanks to everyone for the info.  I guess what I'm really looking for is
a way to find out how much data gets transfered between Subnets that the
VE's route for.   I'm guessin if I just poll the VE's I will see
intra-subnet traffic as well as traffic going to the other networks?
