[f-nsp] Backup of ServerIron SSL keys and certs

I figured it out: It's just the reverse of importing keys and certs to  
the device. For example backing up an SSL key to a client machine, I  
would issue the following commands on the client:

$ scp user@<host/IP>:sslkeypair:myssl_key:<keyfile_password>:pem .
