You have to use Q-in-Q to Q-in-Q on both end as below:

 

Customer Node A-end (Normal VLAN) <-> FESX (Q-in-Q; Tag-type 9100 Untag)<->FESX (Tag-Type 8100 Tag) <-> MLX

<-> <-> FESX (Tag-type 8100 tag)<->FESX (Tag-Type 9100 Untag) <-> (Normal VLAN) Customer Node B-end
