[f-nsp] Line Cards not Booting on NI-MLX-4

Chuck,

Can you get the output from "hw pid slot <Line card no>" and then run
"hw pid show"

Check that the chassis type and Board Class are correct.

Also run the previous command against the backplane to check that your
chassis is the correct type.

Is there enough power available in the chassis ?, I've had issues with 
booting up a single linecard if there was only 1 powersupply connected.
