[f-nsp] BI8000 ip arp-age question

Hi everyone,

I have a BI8000 that I need to have age the arp quickly, I see where I can
set "ip arp-age num (0-240)" but it only shows minutes.  Is there anyway to
set the arp timeout to shorter than one minute?  Like with a cisco.   I want
to be able to move an IP from one interface to another quickly on the chance
the uplink for that IP goes down for some reason.  Or is there another
setting that I use to do this?
