[f-nsp] Upgrading a WSM4 from 7226 code

Lucky for you i've been through this agony already.  You cannot just upgrade to 9402 as you've already tried the upgrade process i've found to work is as follows.

Does anyone know the firmware upgrade process?  I don't have the documentation, and it doesn't seem to be available anywhere.
