[f-nsp] Upgrading a WSM4 from 7226 code

Hey all--

I've got an ooooold WSM4 running 7226 code, and I'm trying to add the EPROM
chip I got and upgrade the code to the latest, 9402, but I keep getting
errors trying to upgrade.  The documentation for the code says "you must
upgrade the firmware before completing the SEPROM upgrade."

Does anyone know the firmware upgrade process?  I don't have the
documentation, and it doesn't seem to be available anywhere.
