[f-nsp] Port state blocking?

Hi chuck,
Does the other ports in the same slot is working with 2402? Could you try by
connecting a laptop to the SI-GT to confirm your port is working or not?
Have you tried using an another patch cable? Probably it should be a port
failure since you have tested all the combination.
