[f-nsp] 4-byte ASNs and Foundry

Hi,
Now that 4-byte as-numbers will be allocated by default, I was wondering if
anyone have any experience in setting up peers in a mixed 2-byte/4-byte
environment on MLX/XMRs? Basically just a simple example will suffice.

Also, does anyone know if Foundry has any documentation on this? And maybe
more 4-byte related stuff, Foundry specific?
