i did something like:

source = port that has some traffic that i want to view
target = port that is connected to my monitoring box

1st: add target to source's vlan

then
1. conf t
2. int e 1/target
3. port monitor ethernet 1/source
4. end
5. show port mon
 > Port Mirroring
 > -------------------------------------
 >  Destination port (listen port): Eth1/48
 >  Source port (monitored port)  : Eth1/27
 >  Mode                         :RX/TX

so now i will receive all rx/tx traffic from source port 27 to target
port 48.

notice: it is seems very important to add the target port to the
source's vlan.

my config:
# show sys
 > Vty-0#show sys
 > System description: Foundry Networks EdgeIron 4802CF
 > System OID string: 1.3.6.1.4.1.1991.1.5.1.1.4.3.1
 > ...
