[f-nsp] WSM6 WSM barrel proc code issue

I have 2 WSM6, one normal, working fine The other one appears to have had its WSM code erased completely,
after what seemed like a normal upgrade.
As such, it never comes up completely, only the management portion.

Sync-standby does nothing to it, when i attempt this under a working active module. Is there a way to copy
the WSM boot and flash code to the second WSM from either the first active WSM or TFTP?
Odd thing is the sho fla has the second slot WSM "maximum image size" at "0" now. See below.
I suspect the flash is bad on this card.
(as a side not, this has the effect of bricking the wsm, since you can never get into en or conf term on the wsm when the BP dont come up, so therefore no setting the ports up, unless there is a way to do a tftp WSM boot? i dont beleive so)

Comments, suggestions? Not under support......

thanks!
