[f-nsp] Munin plugin to monitor temperature sensors

Hi,

Since I just suggested to someone that they write a munin plugin to monitor
something on their switch.... here's one I prepared earlier.  It monitors
the temperature of all of the available temperature sensors in an RX.  It
probably works just fine on other classes of switch, but I've only tested
it on an RX.

Use at your own risk!

It's simple; it asks the switch for a list of temperature sensors using
.1.3.6.1.4.1.1991.1.1.2.13.1.1.3 and readings using
.1.3.6.1.4.1.1991.1.1.2.13.1.1.4.

(If you've never written a munin plugin, I can recommend trying it -
they're really quick to do.)
