What is the code version on your devices? Looks like software bug to me. 
To confirm that you can try reload one of the boxes. Some software 
related events can be "fixed" for some time using this method.
Moreover - leave two problematic boxes and push TAC to make deeper 
diagnostic. The hex values are useful only for TAC - and probably will 
not be explained to you even when the problem will be fixed ;-)
