[f-nsp] Not able to use XMR 10 gig linecard

Dave,

I'm not sure what you're trying to accomplish.  The problem isn't a 
software mismatch, the problem is that the slot was configured for a 
different linecard than has been inserted.  That cannot be amended by 
explicitly configuring boot defaults and typing a few syntactically 
invalid commands.
