[f-nsp] MLX-10Gx8-m chassis type mismatch?

Hi All,

Is anyone familiar with card enough to know that it will only work in
certain MLX chassis's?  I have one of these in an MLX-4 chassis and it boots
into interactive mode?  I have pasted the console output below for further
explanation.  It is not a sw issue, both the management and the 10g module
are synced above 5.0, so this should not be an issue.  Any help or guidance
would be appreciated.
