You need all high-speed switch fabric modules (hSFM) in the switch
before the 8x10G cards will work. If they find a Generation 1 switch
fabric in the switch they wont boot past interactive.

I think the part number for the hSFMs for the MLX-4 is NI-X-4-HSF
