[f-nsp] rate-limit with cbs on a CER

Hi,

On our MLX and XMR's, we do rate-limiting per VLAN with queueing, like:

policy-map shape-2Mb
   cir 1995280 cbs 500000
!
interface e1/1
  rate-limit input vlan-id 100 policy-map shape-2Mb
  rate-limit output vlan-id 100 policy-map shape-2Mb

Is the same thing possible on a Brocade CER2000? As far as i know, it's 
just a small MLX :).
