This is a very common error with this switch, normally a cold reboot 
will fix the issue but I've yet to see it cause any real effect on the 
traffic passing through the device. I have however seen it disrupt ip 
based management to the device (i.e. telnet, snmp, etc). As for a 
detailed meaning of what that test is doing, I can't help you there.
